Thank you to everyone who attended, donated and made our annual gala a night to remember. It was truly a beautiful, vibrant evening! All funds raised will support TrueCare’s enhanced programs and services for our aging population at the new TrueCare Older Adult Health Center and across TrueCare locations. This includes transportation, virtual health care access, care coordination, and more.
