There was also a time when I transitioned from Medical Assistant to Health Partner, and then from Health Partner to LVN. Each one of those times I was celebrated and knew that I was appreciated here,” smiled Ashley.

“When they see a nurse who speaks their language and can communicate in their language, they feel very happy and comfortable – it puts them at ease. You can see the change in their smile when someone understands them and knows what they’re saying,” beamed Ashley.

“I think that’s what makes TrueCare so special. You don’t know what the patient is going through when they walk through those doors. They could be going through a vulnerable time, and when you treat them with care, respect, and compassion, they are very thankful. They change their mindset and the way they talk to you. At the end of the visit, usually you’ll see the change and the smile on their face,” smiled Ashley.
