All funds raised will support expanding comprehensive, compassionate health care across North San Diego and South Riverside Counties. Through your generous support, TrueCare provides compassionate services addressing the full spectrum of health needs—primary care with integrated behavioral health, enrollment assistance, food distribution, transportation, and case management. These wraparound services, delivered in welcoming spaces, recognize that true wellness extends beyond the clinic.
