As an Obstetrician/Gynecologist physician I enjoy being a part of women’s reproductive and menopausal lives. Born and raised in San Diego, I love my community and feel privileged to guide and educate women as they achieve their health-related goals. True wellness begins at home with good sleep, a big glass of water, a mostly plant based diet, time in nature, social connection and regular exercise. In my free time you can find me gardening in the backyard, hiking through the mountains or playing in the ocean with my 3 daughters.
