San Diego Business Journal – North County Health Services Names New Chief Medical Officer

North County Health Services announced the appointment of Dr. Marie Ann Russell, M.D., MPH, as chief medical officer.

Russell was most recently serving as the CMO and acting COO of Indian Health Service in the Phoenix area, NCHS said.
