In my own department, we have members who have been here for ten or even twenty years. Most of the department has been here for over five years, actually. I love that because it does feel like family. As soon as you walk through the doors, you feel that energy,” reflected Josie.

“TrueCare has been through a lot of growth, and I feel like when you experience that growth with the company, you get invested. It becomes like your baby, and you just enjoy being with the company and watching it grow,” said Josie.

We have patients who come in for what they think is a simple issue that turns into something bigger, and we always get the feedback that we really helped them navigate that stressful situation with confidence – they’re always really grateful,” said Josie.

“How can you not smile when someone’s saying thank you?” beamed Josie.
