Healthcare organizations can help improve community health of children by taking a holistic care approach, and partnerships with schools and community-based organizations can help.

Hospital Case Management spoke to TrueCare about its efforts to bring holistic care to communities, beyond the exam room. We partner with several school districts and Feeding San Diego, among others.
