We designed the Rancho Santa Fe QuickCare location specifically to promote and facilitate a fast-paced but impactful environment. The easily accessible stand-alone building welcomes patients into a bright, open waiting room that sets a warm, comfortable tone.
While the back area is tightly configured, it enables seamless team collaboration. The layout features an “H” pattern that integrates two hallways of exam rooms (three on one side, four on the other) with a central section for provider and manager offices.
This configuration ensures that providers, nurses, and the support team are never far from one another, enabling immediate communication, collaboration, and streamlined yet impactful patient care. A dedicated staff powers this cohesive environment:
- Providers: Space to accommodate 2-3 providers
- Nursing: 1 dedicated nurse
- Clinical Support: 7 Medical Assistants (MAs)
- Administration: 2 Medical Receptionists (MRs)
- Support Hub: A lab and MA hub designed to accommodate 4 team members
The MAs and MRs are well-integrated, friendly, and work in a fast-paced environment, making it an ideal place for professionals who thrive in a high-energy, supportive group setting – especially those who love collaboration, which is a vital part of our culture.
