What’s Rewarding About Working at TrueCare?
From the moment you meet Magdalena, it is evident she cares about her patients the same way she does her family, which is what she finds the most fulfilling about working here. She sees her family in her patients and extends the same compassion.
“I always think about my family members when they go to the doctor’s, and I’m proud to say that we give each patient the same support I would want my family to receive,” Magdalena said. “I treat patients with care and sympathy. I also speak Spanish, and that helps me connect with some patients on a deeper level, which helps them feel heard. Bilingual services are really important for our community. For some patients, the language barrier can also be a barrier to quality health care. I help them overcome that,” she added.
What Do You Love About the Team at TrueCare?
When it comes to the work environment, Magdalena says she loves feeling supported and valued by leadership and her coworkers – it creates a positive workplace.
“I always feel welcomed and even encouraged to go to my management and supervisor, and I know they’re going to help me out with anything that I might need. They truly welcome you with open arms,” Magdalena said. “My coworkers are also amazing. We have a great team dynamic. We support each other and get the job done,” she said.
