Mobile Community Vaccination Program
TrueCare now offers no-cost immunizations in North Coastal and North Inland regions of San Diego through the Mobile Wellness Department, in partnership with the County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency. Our mobile vaccination program is designed to reduce barriers and improve access for vulnerable and medically underserved populations by bringing essential services directly to the community.

Through this program, we aim to:
- Provide immunizations in accessible, convenient community locations.
- Reduce transportation and access challenges to vaccination services.
- Foster community connections to promote health equity and preventive care.
Our Mobile Community Vaccination Program makes it easier than ever to stay healthy. Vaccination is one of the most effective ways to protect yourself and your community from vaccine-preventable diseases.
If you would like to host a vaccination clinic at your community location, school, organization, or health fair, please complete the Community Vaccination Request Form.
