Haley Graf, PA

After many years of training and working in various parts of the US, I am so excited to help those in my own community and be a part of the TrueCare mission in providing compassionate care to all. I love building meaningful relationships and a sense of shared purpose when working with patients towards achievable health goals. I come to work every day with a smile, motivated to make every visit a pleasant experience while providing excellent care. My goal is to help patients achieve their healthcare goals in a way that is easy to understand and by shared decision making.

When I am not at work, I love spending time outdoors with my dog Stone, traveling and exploring new cultures, foods and places.
