I believe we all have the capacity to heal ourselves with the right guidance, tools and support. Being a therapist is a calling and a gift – it is my purpose to help those around me heal and grow towards a better future. Coming from a multicultural background, diversity, equity and inclusion are paramount to me. To be seen and understood is to belong. We all have strengths and inner resources that can help us to overcome even the most challenging circumstances. Having someone to encourage and support you through life’s ups and downs makes all the difference.

I grew up playing sports and learned the importance of collaboration and team work early on. We rise by lifting each other up!
