Located near the 78 Highway in Escondido in the County of San Diego’s North Inland LiveWell Center campus, TrueCare Escondido WIC offers a range of WIC support services for women, infants and children including nutrition education, shopping guides, breastfeeding support, monthly benefits to purchase healthy foods and referrals to medical providers and services.

Wednesday: 7:30am – 5:30pm
