The TrueCare Perris location is spacious and thoughtfully laid out to make patient care seamless and teamwork effortless.
With 10–13 medical exam rooms, five dental operatories, clean and “dirty” labs, a versatile triage room for hearing and sight testing that also serves as a bridge to the conference room, and MA hubs where MAs can collaborate, the center facilitates teamwork and accommodates everything from routine exams to group sessions and specialized care.
The layout is designed for efficiency. Staff offices, including the health manager, medical receptionist, dental receptionist, and RN, are near the entrance to assist patients quickly, while providers, medical assistants, and panel coordinators work in clusters to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
“What’s really great about working at this location is how much it’s growing. I’ve been here nine years, and I can tell you that a lot of places around us weren’t there when I started. So there’s a lot of growth, and our services have grown to include more than primary care doctors. We have more specialties within the clinic. A lot of people are getting to know TrueCare, and it makes me proud to work here. It’s also very centralized and accessible to staff and patients,” said Cinthia Sanchez, a Medical Assistant at TrueCare Perris.
