I love being a nurse practitioner because I feel we can contribute so much to the care and teaching for our patients. I became an NP because I saw how the shortage of physicians cased my patients to seek care in the emergency room. I love caring for patients and believe that everyone is entitled to high quality health care. I come to work every day because I feel that patient care and safety is important. My approach to treating patients is treat them as if they are part of your family. In my free time, I like to keep active and I love to ride my bike.
