With over 20 years of experience, I draw from evidence-based practices, including CBT, family systems, and parenting interventions to tailor each session to meet each individual’s unique needs. My passion is to help others heal, grow and thrive. My approach is strength-based and solution focused, and I believe deeply in understanding the “why” behind our behaviors to create meaningful & lasting change. I enjoy helping others find ways to improve their abilities with emotional regulation, distress tolerance, executive functioning and sensory processing to improve socialization, depression and anxiety. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration and growth. I integrate ways to understand how family dynamics, attachment styles, and trauma impact our growth to support inner-child healing. I’m focused on helping others feel heard, supported, and empowered to build resilience, foster motivation and guide others to finding their strengths. Whether I’m working with a child, adult or an entire family, I strive to be a consistent source of support and encouragement.
