Doris Yung, MD

I grew up in the Midwest and attended medical school at the University of Iowa College of Medicine. I then came to San Diego for my Internal Medicine – Pediatrics Residency at University of California San Diego. I have been privileged to work for the TrueCare organization since 2007 and appreciate working for a group committed to helping and empowering all patients, but especially the underprivileged, to improve their long-term health and total well-being. I feel blessed and humbled over my years working in the Ramona community to have developed long term relationships with my patients as their primary care physician and enjoy treating patients from newborns to those over 100 years of age. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three sons, playing board games, watching movies, taking family trips, and enjoying the beautiful San Diego outdoors. My sincerest hope is that each person will feel truly cared for after a visit with me, and I look forward to meeting you and your family!
