In 2006, I moved across the country to Boston, MA to obtain my nursing degree, and shortly thereafter, my advanced nursing degree and certification in Pediatrics. While there, I was able to work in an incredible city serving an underprivileged population. In 2014, being a SoCal girl at heart, I convinced my husband, with our infant daughter to return to the “best” coast. TrueCare (at the time NCHS) stood out as a clinic that matched my passion to serve, educate and empower my patients and their families. My goal with each visit is to create a collaborative environment, so patients and their families feel heard and together we’re able to build positive health outcomes based on trust, education and compassion. Outside the clinic you’re likely to find me running marathons, staying active with my husband and two young girls, enjoying the beach or working to improve my Spanish.
