I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I feel truly honored to be part of people’s lives during some of their most vulnerable and meaningful moments. As a Latina and daughter of immigrants my lived experience shapes how I show up-with care, respect, and a deep understanding of how important it is to feel seen and understood. I became a therapist because I wanted to create that kind of space for others. I’m inspired each day by the resilience I see in my clients and the trust they share with me. I focus on creating a space that feels safe and genuine, where people can show up as they are and begin to move toward the life they want. I love working at TrueCare because of the genuine commitment to caring for the whole person and the community we serve.
