Barbara Chavez-Reyes, FNP

Originally from New York and raised in Alaska, I grew up ice skating, playing hockey, skiing, and running cross-country. I love the outdoors, fishing, camping, and riding ATVs as much as I enjoy baking, dancing, traveling to Central America, and spending time with family.

With over 40 years in the medical field, I became a Family Nurse Practitioner to advocate for others and make a lasting impact. I earned my Master’s from Azusa Pacific University and bring experience, empathy, and purpose to all I do.

I wake up each day excited to meet people from all walks of life, learn from them, and provide care that feels genuine and personal. I want every person I meet to feel truly cared for, like a member of my own family.

Fun fact: I’m personable and have a jokative side. I believe healing often begins with a smile and a good laugh.
