TrueCare – San Marcos Health Center Renovation

North County Health Project Inc dba TrueCare is soliciting a request for interest from qualified, licensed general contractor firms to complete a design-build project for an existing health center renovation located in San Marcos, California. The proposed work consists of a minor alteration and renovation (A/R) project for approximately 1,040 square feet of existing space.

TrueCare – San Marcos Health Center Renovation Project Overview
The project involves the minor alteration and renovation (A/R) of approximately 1,040 square feet at TrueCare’s San Marcos Health Center. This renovation will convert five (5) existing behavioral health consultation rooms into primary care exam rooms, and convert two (2) offices and a partial MA workstation into one (1) provider office and a larger MA workstation. The renovation will be built to carry through existing OSHPD-3 build standards. The contractor shall be responsible for the design, and engaging and coordinating subcontractors, which will be responsible for preparing and submitting drawings and specifications for GC and AHJ review and approval prior to commencement of the work.
