Working with folks who reside in my community is important to me, which is why I joined TrueCare. I am consistently amazed at human potential for resilience, which was one of the many reasons I became a social worker years ago. To me, the most important part of working with patients is the therapeutic relationship. My hope is to honor each patient’s story, and help highlight their strengths, to assist them in navigating challenges. I believe in leading with authenticity and view the working relationship with patients as a collaborative process. Working in healthcare is a consistent opportunity to continue learning and growing as a professional and person.
