Welcome to Palomar Family Counseling Services Escondido. Located on East Grand Avenue at South Cedar Street just east of downtown Escondido, Palomar Family Counseling Services Escondido specializes in Behavioral Health and also serves as the PFCS administrative office.

TrueCare Has Merged with Palomar Family Counseling Services (PFCS)! We’re bringing our whole-person care closer to home by merging with PFCS, a trusted San Diego County mental health services provider and community leader since 1956. Patients can access specialized mental health support here in Escondido, at the PFCS centers in Fallbrook and Vista, at TrueCare behavioral health locations, and through their active counseling programs in 42 North County schools.
