I am a family medicine physician that provides compassionate care to all ages and stages of life to both children and adults. I love growing long-term patient relationships and seeing family members together for appointments. I have a passion for disease prevention, including nutrition and exercise, and my goal is to help my patients identify and meet their health goals.
Outside of clinic you will find me chasing my two kids across the playground, walking my two dogs with my husband, or getting outside trail running, biking or rock climbing.
