Welcome to Palomar Family Counseling Services Fallbrook. Located in downtown Fallbrook on West Hawthorn Street just west of Main Avenue, two blocks south of East Mission Road, Palomar Family Counseling Services Fallbrook specializes in Behavioral Health.

TrueCare Has Merged with Palomar Family Counseling Services (PFCS)! We’re bringing our whole-person care closer to home by merging with PFCS, a trusted San Diego County mental health services provider and community leader since 1956. Patients can access specialized mental health support here in Fallbrook, at the PFCS centers in Escondido and Vista, at TrueCare behavioral health locations, and through their active counseling programs in 42 North County schools.
