Jennifer Lovern, DC

Dr. Jennifer Lovern has been committed to helping patients achieve better health and a pain free life through natural, safe and effective Chiropractic care for almost 20 years. Dr. Lovern became a chiropractor in an effort to help families live the healthiest and highest quality of life possible. She practices with passion, total commitment and hard work. Dr. Lovern is dedicated to educating her patients, listens to their concerns and provides the highest level of care. The favorite part of her job is the difference that she sees in the patient after they have received their adjustment. She notices that when they get up off of the table they seem more relaxed and happier overall.

After completing her internship in San Diego in 2005 she headed to Italy where she had very successful family wellness practice in the cities of Bologna and Verona. In 2009 she and her colleagues founded the non-profit organization Chiropractic Action Team, Inc in response to the devastating earthquakes that struck central Italy. Their mission was to provide support to the first responders by donating chiropractic services. She has also participated in several mission trips with churches serving the less fortunate in San Salvador, El Salvador and in Tijuana, Mexico.

Since her return to California in 2014, her humanitarian spirit propelled her to shift her primary practice focus to the under-served by helping thousands of Medi-Cal patients gain access to quality chiropractic care. She decided to work at TrueCare because she was inspired by the personal story and stand-out career of our former CEO Irma Cota. She currently leads the chiropractic department and practices primarily at our San Marcos location.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family camping and she enjoys yoga classes and walks on the Coronado beach.
