When you need immediate medical attention for a non-emergency issue, easily schedule an appointment online for the same day at our San Marcos, West San Marcos, and Oceanside QuickCare locations. Your health and the health of loved ones is a 24/7 job. Our QuickCare Services are here for everyone, and our compassionate, bi-lingual providers are ready to help.
New patients are welcome and current patients also have the option to use their MyChart account.

To use this scheduling tool for QuickCare:
- To use this scheduling tool, you or the person needing medical attention MUST BE at least 2 years old and up
- When scheduling, please list the most problematic symptom you or your loved is experiencing.
At this time, appointments are limited to:
- COVID-19 testing and treatment
- Testing for flu, strep and UTI
- Vomiting or Diarrhea
- Abdominal Pain
- Headache
- Concerns about any infection
- Pain or burning while urinating
- Ear, nose or throat pain
- Pink eye
- Flu/cold
- Cough
- Recent physical injury (sprain, fracture, burn)
- Itching or rash
- STI testing
- PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis) prescriptions

QuickCare vs Emergency Care?
Patients with severe chest pain, shortness of breath, mental disorientation due to a head injury, severe allergic reactions, or other symptoms of serious trauma will be immediately referred to emergency care.
