I’ve been an Advanced Practice Provider for more than 10 years. After working in diabetes specialty care, I made the decision to return to primary care in a community health center because I believe that primary provides a unique opportunity to build strong bonds with and to provide personalized care that helps them maintain good health and a sense of well-being. I am dedicated to open communication with my patients because learning about them, their lives and health goals, means that I will be able to help them reach those goals. This is a partnership and I like the collaboration with my patients. I believe that information and health education allows people to make the best decisions for themselves and leads to improved health and happiness.

To stay healthy and happy I like to spend time in the outdoors including hiking, biking, swimming, gardening, and sunning on the beach.

“Being a Primary Care Provider means supporting my patients so they meet their personal health goals to maximize their quality of life. The more you listen and engage with people the clearer things become and the easier it is to determine what to do.”
