TrueCare is Now Offering Free HIV Testing, PrEP access, condoms, and HIV education!

What is Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP)?
PrEP is the use of medication for HIV negative individuals to prevent contracting HIV. The most common type of PrEP is a daily pill that if taken as indicated can minimize the contraction of HIV by 99%.
What is Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP)?

PEP is a prescription medication that reduces the chances of a HIV-negative individual of becoming HIV-positive after a potential exposure to the virus.
