Desde la adopci\u00f3n del monitoreo remoto de pacientes, TrueCare ha dado el alta a la mitad de sus pacientes con hipertensi\u00f3n en el hogar, y la cifra sigue aumentando. El centro de salud comunitario ha registrado alrededor de 30 lecturas por paciente al mes desde el lanzamiento del programa RPM de Rimidi, lo que demuestra un alto nivel de cumplimiento.  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cConociendo el valor que tiene el monitoreo remoto de pacientes para mejorar la implicaci\u00f3n y los resultados de los pacientes, quer\u00edamos encontrar la tecnolog\u00eda de RPM adecuada para ayudarnos a gestionar mejor nuestra creciente poblaci\u00f3n de pacientes con hipertensi\u00f3n\u201d, afirm\u00f3 la Dra. Denise G\u00f3mez, m\u00e9dica de atenci\u00f3n primaria y directora de medicina de adultos en TrueCare. \u201cPara que los pacientes pudieran entrar en el programa de RPM, primero deb\u00edan ser derivados por uno de nuestros proveedores de atenci\u00f3n primaria\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>See agrega: \u00abComenzamos el programa en enero de 2023 y hemos seguido aumentando la implementaci\u00f3n y aumentando el n\u00famero de pacientes cada mes. A partir de abril de 2023, ten\u00edamos 70 pacientes inscritos en el programa, con un promedio de 10 pacientes adicionales por mes.
