Desde que adopt\u00f3 el monitoreo remoto de pacientes, TrueCare ha graduado a la mitad de sus pacientes con hipertensi\u00f3n en el hogar, y contando. El centro de salud comunitario ha visto alrededor de 30 lecturas por paciente por mes desde el lanzamiento del programa RPM de Rimidi, mostrando un alto nivel de cumplimiento.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abConociendo el valor que tiene el monitoreo remoto de pacientes para mejorar la participaci\u00f3n y los resultados del paciente, quer\u00edamos encontrar la tecnolog\u00eda RPM adecuada para ayudarnos a manejar mejor nuestra creciente poblaci\u00f3n de pacientes con hipertensi\u00f3n\u00bb, dijo la doctora Denise G\u00f3mez, m\u00e9dica de atenci\u00f3n primaria y directora de medicina para adultos en TrueCare. \u00abPara que los pacientes ingresaran al programa RPM, primero ten\u00edan que ser referidos por uno de nuestros proveedores de atenci\u00f3n primaria\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>See agrega: \u00abComenzamos el programa en enero de 2023 y hemos seguido aumentando la implementaci\u00f3n y aumentando el n\u00famero de pacientes cada mes. A partir de abril de 2023, ten\u00edamos 70 pacientes inscritos en el programa, con un promedio de 10 pacientes adicionales por mes.
