La cl\u00ednica en West San Marcos ofrece atenci\u00f3n a personas mayores para ayudar a nuestra poblaci\u00f3n mayor a vivir mejor y de forma m\u00e1s saludable, incluyendo el mantenimiento y enriquecimiento de sus conexiones emocionales y humanas.  <\/p>\n<p>Michelle D. Gonzalez, presidenta y directora ejecutiva de TrueCare, record\u00f3 a sus seguidores que el centro de salud forma parte de una estrategia a largo plazo para cuidar a los adultos mayores de nuestra comunidad. \u00abAqu\u00ed, en nuestro propio patio trasero, sabemos que 12.000 de nuestros residentes m\u00e1s queridos son adultos mayores\u00bb, dijo. \u00abTener un Centro de Salud para Adultos Mayores tiene un sentido enorme [debido a la creciente necesidad de la comunidad].
